Spooky Halloween Banner with Spiders

After adhering my designer paper to my On Board sheet (chipboard) I ran it through the Big Shot with the Perfect Pennants Die then sponged the outer edges with Basic Black ink.

Using a Crop-a-Dial - I punched holes for the ribbon.

I used the Perfect Pennants Die to cut layers with coordinating card stock.

Then ran them through the big shot with Vintage Wallpaper  Folder for texture.

Using a sponge I added even more depth to the texture.

Using my Simply Scored I scored my Designer Paper every 1/4".

After cutting into strips I folded accordion style then clued the ends together using Crystal Effects.

Layering - place some Crystal Effects on the surface of what you are layering the rosette on then place accordion folded circle on top then collapse inward and hold until set.

I used the 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch and Silver Glimmer Paper for the next layer.

And then - Same as with the pennant - I adhered Basic Black Card Stock to an On Board sheet with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Using the Tabletop Paper Cutter I then cut it into pieces to fit the individual letters on the Alphabet die.

Placing these squares face down on die to cut.

Then using the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker I colored the sides of the letters.

After attaching the letters to my banner, I used the Craft Whisper White Stampin' pad and the Wicked Cool Stamp set to stamp the spider webs on the letters.

I sprayed all the pieces with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz to add some shine.

To create the spiders (I made 3) I used the sponge and black stamp pad to color the Linen Thread then cut into 2" pieces.

I opened the prongs on the brads and layered 4 of the colored linen thread pieces in between the prongs then, using a pair of needle nose pliers I closed the prongs and bent them both to one side and then trimmed the legs.

I used Whisper White Baker's Twine to attach one of the spiders.

Then added the other spiders to the pendant pieces.

Using the taffeta ribbon I strung them all together and ... Voila!
