Watering Can Door Decor

I have Spring Fever already.
I was noticing how plain my front door looks since I took down my Christmas wreath. Valentines got skipped all together due to my house painting project. Looking at this picture reminds me I still need to paint my front door but I think I'll save that for a warmer day.

I decided to make this cute watering can based on one I had seen on Pinterest.
I gathered the following supplies:
Assorted spring pics
Watering can
Ribbon - approximately 1 yard
Florist wire - I used 26 gauge
Wire cutters
First spread the flowers out making them fuller
Then put them together
Place them in the watering can.
Bend the ends of the pics up to fit in the can or cut them to the length you want.
Then pull and bend the flowers bringing them forward or to the back
to make them look the way you want.
Tie the ribbon in a bow
Add wire to the back of the bow
Twist the wire to secure leaving a long piece on the back
Secure it to the watering can or to the stem of one of the flowers
Add wire to the handle for hanging
Hang and enjoy!
