Oven Fried Ranch Chicken

I tried this recipe that I found on Pinterest and had to share. It is so fast, easy and yummy.
Ready in less than 30 minutes. And my DH gave it the thumbs up!

All you need:

Chicken strips or boneless breasts cut into strips
Ranch dressing
Plain bread crumbs

Coat chicken strips in ranch dressing then bread crumbs
(a Tupperware sandwich container works great for this). Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes turning half way through.

The chicken turned out moist and delicious and the ranch dressing gave it a wonderful flavor. A similar recipe called for Stove Top Stuffing mix in place of the bread crumbs.

I baked corn on the cob along with it. Just throw (or set) directly in the oven, husks and all. 350 for 20 minutes, cut off at bottom of ears along with one or two rows of corn and it easily slides out silk free and ready to eat.

This is going into my fast and easy dinners recipe file.

Thanks for stopping by!

Holly
