Make a Wish Birthday Cards

I created this card because I needed a masculine card.

Although with the touch sparkle (on candle flame and Dimensional strip along bottom) and fun colors it can be used for anyone.

 

 

For this card I added a little whimsy with glue dots glamed up with added sparkle.
